WHO WE ARE

A new horizon in maritime leasing.

Beluga International (IFSC) Private Limited (the “Company”) has been incorporated in the International Financial Services Centre (IFSC) at GIFT City, Gujarat, India.

To undertake ship leasing activities under the Finance Company (Ship Leasing) framework notified by the International Financial Services Centres Authority (“IFSCA”). The Company shall operate strictly as a Finance Company – Ship Leasing (Operating Lease) entity and undertake the leasing and/or charter hiring of ocean-going vessels including but not limited to DP-2 Barges, Ships, Tugs, Anchor Handling Tug Supply Vessels (AHTS), Platform Supply Vessels, Diving Support Vessels and other offshore support vessels, with international and Indian shipping operators, subject to applicable regulatory approvals.
